Mr. Ghibaudo has experience in a variety of practice areas, including Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Appellate Practice throughout Nevada. Mr. Ghibaudo has handled cases in all Nevada Courts, including the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada, Nye County, White Pine County, and Lincoln County. Mr. Ghibaudo also handles all matters in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th. Mr. Ghibaudo is also authorized to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
